Mr. Bowitch represents clients in administrative enforcement matters regarding allegations of violating environmental laws and regulations. In order to achieve timely resolution of environmental enforcement claims by USEPA and the New York Department of Environmental Conservation against his clients, Mr. Bowitch brings his extensive environmental law experience to bear in negotiating fair and reasonable settlements (Consent Orders and Consent Decrees) of such state and federal claims.
