Gary S. Bowitch has practiced environmental law for over 30 years. He represents private, not-for-profit and municipal clients in an array of State and Federal environmental matters providing legal advice and guidance and representing clients before the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation and the United States Environmental Protection Agency and in Federal and State courts. Mr. Bowitch is an experienced environmental and commercial mediator who has mediated complex multi-party mediations. He is a member of the New York Bar Association's Environmental Law Section and was co-chair of that section's Petroleum Spills Committee for over 10 years.
