Gary S. Bowitch assists clients in evaluating the environmental risks associated with selling or purchasing environmentally impaired properties throughout New York State. He helps clients chart a specific course of action designed to minimize or eliminate environmental liabilities, target funding or other incentives to investigate and cleanup brownfield properties. He helps clients perform necessary due diligence to protect their future interests while working hard to “make the deal happen.” Mr. Bowitch often works on a local level to bring change to communities. By starting from the ground up (literally!) he assists communities in revitalization of environmentally challenged areas – transforming them from abandoned or underused properties into economically vibrant and exciting new assets for the community.
